While enabling applications through feature visibility is technically possible, it’s not shown in the screenshot and requires an extra step that isn’t mentioned in the question. So, it doesn’t really fit as the best single answer.
If the Internet service field is clearly available in the GUI — like it is here — that’s the option, you go with.

    Disregard, the correct answer is B. It's a trick question. Fortinet changed the naming to Meta in ISDB.
