From Study Guide:
In a Security Fabric environment, you can enable SAML SSO authentication. It allows you to access the downstream FortiGate devices, the FortiAnalyzer, and the FortiManager without needing to provide credentials again.
The root FortiGate acts as the identity provider (IdP) and you configure the other devices as service providers (SP). Once authorized, an administrator can then move between Fabric devices without logging in again, as long as it is within the same browser session.
