I think the answer should be B.
The PA-3250 is almost at EOL. I checked the datasheets, and the PA-455, PA-1410, and PA-5450 support the Advanced Routing Engine (ARE).

*B* (PA-455, VM-Series, PA-1410, PA-5450)
* *Explanation:* The Advanced Routing Engine (ARE) was introduced in newer PAN-OS versions (10.2+) and is specifically supported on newer hardware platforms such as the *PA-400 Series* (including 455), *PA-1400 Series*, *PA-3400 Series*, *PA-5400 Series*, and *VM-Series*. The models listed in Option A (like the PA-3250 and PA-5280) are older generation hardware that typically does not support the new ARE features.
