(Encrypt): Not a valid TLS mode in FortiMail (the options are None, Preferred, or Secure).
Default option is prefered, while fortimail test the encrypted connection via StartTLS. if the the recepient server support it complete the session Encrypted and if not it down grade to SMTP.
