In creating the user,
reset password, valid email id and username are must >>> double check on this on FortiSOAR Administrator 7.3 Study Guide pg84
while assigning a role is important and assigning the user to a team is very important, if were not, the soar will notify you about not assigning the user to any of the teams >> press (save without a team) the new user is saved.
I have tried this practically << the problem is that >>> while this user (without team assigned) is trying to login to the fortisoar, the gui page is loading and giving him the soar brand icon without openning or giving him any access but an admin with CRUD on people module can see that the user is concurrently logedin.
but to be honest this was with version 7.6.4 not 7.3 but i think they are the same in that.
valid email id and username both are must.
without a team assigned the user can not get any gui.
reseting the passwor is a must from user side for high security but the admin who creat the user can reset the password from inside the soar so not a must for user first login >>> so may exclude A
