When an administrator configures a new OSPF area on FortiManager but has not yet pushed the changes to the managed FortiGate device, the configuration is saved in the ADOM-level database. This database stores configuration changes for devices within a specific Administrative Domain (ADOM) before they are applied to the managed devices. yes but it depends on where its configured. if you have configured it under the device manager --> fortigate then its device database. if you have configured in under provisional templates then its adom database. but as per question its OSPF area, so it would be ADOM-level as people will do OSPF area changes through provisional templates. -
