per device mapping enabled for Local-Fortigate, So the object refers to 192.168.1.0/28.
The devices in the ADOM that do not have dynamic mapping for LOCAL_SUBNET have a default value of 192.168.1.0/24.

The address showing in FMG should be B (192.168.1.0/24)
Doesn't matter if installed or not, its only asking about the address object in FMG
