FG enters conserve mode at 88% by default, at which point you can't make configuration changes. Also, without additional config, FG will drop sessions that require inspection. At 95%, all new sessions are dropped.

´´D. FortiGate drops new sessions
Incorrect at 90%. FortiGate starts dropping new sessions when memory reaches the extreme threshold, which in this exhibit is 95%. Current usage is only 90%. Fortinet explicitly distinguishes the thresholds: Red → enter conserve mode; Extreme → drop new sessions.
🎯 Final Answer: A + C
Easy exam rule:
🟢 82% Green → exit conserve mode
🔴 88% Red → enter conserve mode
🚨 95% Extreme → drop new sessions
So 90% = Conserve mode, but not yet dropping all new sessions.

Refer to the exhibits. The exhibits show the system performance output and default configuration of high memory usage thresholds on a FortiGate device. Based on the system performance output, what are the two possible outcomes? (Choose two answers)
