"You can't export templates and datasets" - this line eliminates answers A, B, and D as options

From the same page - When you export a chart, the associated dataset is exported with it, so when you import an exported chart, the associated dataset is imported as well.

This must be wrong you cant export templates and neither can export datasets, and when you import charts they come with the predefined datasets
