(Technically, port 3 could be using a different DNS server; if port 3 is configured correctly and port 1 is using a misconfigured local server, the symptoms would look the same. It’s a bit of a complex scenario, but it is possible. Regardless, my vote is that there's simply no connectivity on port 1.")
