One of the most common issues reported is an unauthorized message when a new user tries to use the API for the first time. The reason for this is the password reset requirement. New users are forced to change their passwords the first time they log in to the management console.
The user should now be able to log in through the API. Alternatively, you can ask users to log in to the
management console and reset their password before using API calls.
