The configuration set workspace-mode normal on FortiManager changes the workspace control method.
The two results from the configuration shown in the exhibit are:
A. The same administrator can lock more than one ADOM at the same time.
B. Multiple administrators can lock and work on separate ADOMs at the same time.

B. Multiple administrators can lock and work on separate ADOMs at the same time.
In Normal mode, administrators can work concurrently, with each administrator locking the specific policy package or ADOM they need to modify. This allows different administrators to work on unrelated ADOMs or policy packages simultaneously.
D. Concurrent read-write access to an ADOM is disabled.
Even in Normal mode, if one administrator locks an ADOM (or a specific policy package) to make changes, concurrent write access by another administrator to that locked ADOM/package is disabled. This locking mechanism prevents conflicting configuration changes.

D is wrong.
Yes, IF an ADOM is locked, read-write for multiple people is possible.
You can, however, also lock policy packages or policies, without locking the ADOM.
Thus, in normal mode, concurrent r/w access is possible in one ADOM.
You can lock multiple ADOMs at the same time, I tested it for this question on a FortiManager VM.
Thus, I believe AB is correct.

B and D have no issue, but I tested on my LAB that A is also correct. Any idea?

Concurrent read-write on one ADOM is possible if you for example only lock policy packs. --> D is wrong

Normal mode enables workspace locking at the ADOM level, which means:
B. Multiple administrators can lock and work on separate ADOMs at the same time. ✅
In normal mode, each administrator can lock a different ADOM and work on it independently and simultaneously.
D. Concurrent read-write access to an ADOM is disabled. ✅
Once an administrator locks an ADOM, no other administrator can make changes to that same ADOM — concurrent read-write is blocked.

D - is clearly WRONG, set workspace-mode controls the WRITE by LOCKING an ADOM but allows READ to ALL OTHER admins. So, it does not DISABLE concurrent READ/WRITE - it controls the CONCURRENT WRITE (ONLY ONE CAN WRITE - EVERYONE CAN READ)

B is incorrect as normal mode allows mulitple administrators to safely work in same ADOM provided they lock different policy.
C is valid in workflow mode so incorrect
Hence, A and D seems to be correct.
By RPKD.
