In FortiManager, when a global policy package is assigned to an ADOM, any new policy package created within that ADOM will automatically inherit and include the assigned global policy package. This is designed to ensure consistency and centralized control over shared policies across multiple ADOMs.

En FortiManager, las global policies siempre se asignan desde el Global ADOM.
Por eso la correcta es D. Nada se hace automatico.

B should be correct as fortimanager only provides options when assigning a global policy package to an ADOM. Any policy package created within an ADOM with an existing global policy package; fortimanager will automatically assign the global policy package to the new policy package

7.6 Study Guide Page 210
"Global policies and objects allow administrators to push firewall policies to some or all ADOMs. You must explicitly assign global policy packages to specific ADOMs on which administrators want to install similar policies.
When you create a global policy package, you can choose ADOMs that you want to apply specific policies to. Furthermore, you can even pick specific policy packages in individual ADOMs that you want to apply the global policies to."

A is correct

Global Policy Packages:
Are created at the global ADOM level
Apply to all child ADOMs
Automatically associated with new policy packages created in child ADOMs
Provide unified security policies across the hierarchy
Must be deployed/installed separately to take effect on devices
When a global policy package exists and you create a new policy package in an ADOM, FortiManager automatically assigns the global policy package to it. This is a fundamental feature of global policy packages.

B - GPP is ASSIGN to the ADOM and NOT to a PP on a ADOM, which means, it will AUTO install to ANY PP created on that ADOM.

Why Option A is Correct:
When a Global Policy Package is assigned to an ADOM, FortiManager does not automatically apply it to new policy packages created within that ADOM without user consent. Instead, the creation wizard recognizes the existing global configuration and provides the administrator with the option (checkbox/selection) to assign the global policy package to the newly created local policy package.

When a global policy package has been assigned to ADOM1, the administrator can select that global policy package when creating a new policy package within ADOM1.
FortiManager does not automatically install the policies simply because a new policy package is created.

From my point of view the answer D, because the policies are not automatically assigned to the policy packages on an ADOM, from the Global VDOM, the Admin needs to indicate or choose which Policy in the ADOM will have the Global Policy. New Policy Packages on the ADOM do not automatically have the global policy assigned.
An administrator has assigned a global policy package to a new ADOM named ADOM1. What will happen if the administrator tries to create a new policy package in ADOM1? (Choose one answer)
